My first experience with Balise Hyannis was when I left a message to the business, and David from Service had called me after-hours. The fact he went out of his way to call me back even after they closed, showed that he cares. David has since helped me with my appointments since - from troubleshooting my car’s error code, to getting me on the schedule (quickly) for my scheduled service (oil change, etc). Balise + David fulfilled my warranty and got my car fixed! All of the representatives in the Service Department & the Parts Desk have been polite with me. The location makes it easy to drive in and drop off - and I must say - are MUCH quicker (and friendlier) than Plymouth dealership. Paul over the phone was also very professional. I bought my car here more than 2 years ago. My salesperson was Felipe. He did a great job and really went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted. He still helps me whenever I need something. I've had all my service there and Vanessa is very helpful. The service mgr Adrian is amazing. He's helped me with several items. Finally Nick the GM is extremely tech savvy and super helpful. i've referred 2 people that have bought their cars there and I will continue to do so.
I was looking to trade in my Ford Edge for a Honda CRV off lease. The CRV at Balise Hyundai was very competitively priced and as they are affiliated with a Ford dealership they offered a top trade in price .
