There’s really not a long enough post that most are willing to read to describe Azar automotive . Before becoming a customer we towed many cars in at customers request and over the years heard about their honesty . When the shop we were going to over time closed we started going to the dealer well after the dealer kept sticking it to us we gage Azar a try . I wish we would done it sooner . Their detailed diagnostics are worth it they get straight to the root of the problem not the simple fix but the cause and they talk with pics and videos . Staff is amazing and morale is great you can tell they are treated right and it shows in the way the treat their customers . I live by the motto take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers and I can tell they live by it too . Everything about this place is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️if you’re looking for a shop to build a consistent relationship with look no further you won’t be disappointed. I've been going to them for over 10 years now, and have always been Ecstatic with the work they do on any of my vehicles. I love the guys at Azar! Service writers are helpful and often go out of their way to help customers. My mom came in to get her Subaru fixed and they identified the problem, pointed out a few other issues that should be fixed in the future, and also showed what was good about the car. They sent her pictures and videos of the good, things to keep an eye on , and things that needed immediate attention. I recommend their services to whoever has had trouble with shops in the past.
A fantastic shop with very kind people working there. They were super helpful, provided excellent service and photos of everything they diagnoses. They even gave me a discount after I agreed to pay the higher price which was very appreciated. It was an extremely quality service and I will be returning for future car issues!
The first thing that comes to mind when you’re having car trouble is “oh my goodness, how much is this going to cost me?!” And let’s be honest, most of us don’t have a savings account just waiting for an emergency to happen and wipe it clean! The last thing you need is some crooked mechanic trying his best to manipulate your situation in his favor! Azar was the second place I came to when my check engine light came on. Both places agreed that I needed new catalytic converters on my pathfinder, but Azar charged me only a fraction of the 6 grand the previous place was going to charge me! They not only gave me a full report of everything they found wrong with my vehicle but they sent me an email with photos and videos of each reported issue. They gave me the severity of each issue and rather or not it needed to be fixed right away in their opinions. I didn’t have to worry about rather they were full of crap or not cus I can see the issues clear as day in the photos and videos. I ended up getting everything fixed from the report and still wasn’t even close to what the previous place was going to charge me for my converters which I knew would be expensive but definitely didn’t expect it to be the price of a used vehicle! For now, I’ll continue to make this hour drive from my side of town and use Azar automotive for all of my vehicles needs and repairs! I currently have a second car with them for a diagnosis! This will be my third time using Azar. Thank you gentlemen for all of your expert help and your honesty. Please, please continue to be honest in your work and watch how God prospers you not only in your business but your personal life as well. Some things come simply as a result of hard work, but then there’s the supernatural blessings that make no logical sense, that only comes from the Lord!
