I now KNOW the Service Managers, I’ve met the mechanics, and I trusted their thorough review of my vehicle (2007 MB CLK 350). It may have taken a bit longer to get my service needs completed but I KNOW they were addressed AND I saved money by not addressing items the dealer suggested but did not show on AofE’s more thorough diagnostics.
