Xavier was a top tier, no pressure, friendly, and personable salesman. We really liked the selection of cars within our budget as well. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because when it came down to price negotiations, the manager offered a deep clean and an ozone treatment in lieu of bringing the price down where we really wanted it. We agreed, paid, and left the car for several hours so they could take care of it. It was dark when we picked up the vehicle. The next morning, however, it was very clear that this vehicle hadn't been given a deep clean. All that to say, I would still return to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, but I would NOT agree on additional concessions - get what you want or walk - because you can count on those things either not being taken care of, or being done poorly.
My salesman was Kaz, he was very polite and helpful in buying a used car. He was not pushy at all and helped me get a reasonable offer. Reggie also helped in the process and he was very polite. They work well together. However, their doc fee was $599 that’s the most expensive rate I’ve seen so far for a doc fee. Also this was the first car place I’ve been to where they don’t fill up your tank with gas before you take home. Oh well I really liked the car. I’ve been to multiple car dealerships and this is by far the place I was treated the best. Also their financing department could not get me a better interest rate than what I had. Regardless of where you buy your car from do your homework and get some pre-approved financing before you are ready to buy. It would make a difference in overall costs so search for the best financing. Bank of America is who I financed through and it was an easy process I will definitely be back again to buy another car so long as this car runs well.
