They made sure the vehicle was not driven a lot like other dealerships would and made sure the vehicle is finished in a timely manner. They didn’t delay it or made an excuse. They also made sure that the loaner was ready when I got there and did not kept us waiting. I spoke with Jessie once upon returning a loaner, and she had a great attitude and I really appreciated it. I also want to thank the technicians for making sure that the vehicle is done in a timely manner and did not finish the car with grease spots or dirty marks on or inside the vehicle. I’ve had my car with this dealership for over 3 years for service, and it is still not fixed. There has been little to no communication, no real progress, and no clear plan to actually resolve the issue or return the car. At this point, it feels like they’re taking no responsibility and no action to make things right for their customer. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and honestly feels like a scam. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
