I just bought my second truck from Steve O last week. Great salesmen and the dealer has fantastic prices. They stand behind what they sell with no issues. I would not hesitate on a third purchase if ever needed. I will go back and recommend them 100% as the whole outfit is topnotch. Do not be afraid to go here for your next truck!! Bought a Ram from them initial experience was decent enough, felt I over paid a bit but I wanted the truck so it is what it is, after about 2 days driving vehicle I noticed there was really no heat and the coolant gauge was bouncing up and down. Took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a head gasket. Talked to Tony and he said they would stand behind it and make it right and to bring it in to them to get fixed. Had the truck for over a month closer to 2 all the while I'm making payments on something I can't use. They were going to have a friend of the owners work on the truck because he was a diesel specialist had the work lined up but then figured out what he was charging them was crazy high so they decided to wait to take the truck to a different shop. I was ok and patient as I have another vehicle but still kinda ridiculous. They did eventually get it repaired and it's working well now so happy with that. But the other part of the sale was they promised in writing to do a full exterior buff on the truck as it was very badly swirled. It has been more then 6 months since purchased and I have called consistently to get this taken care of. Calls are never returned and excuses are made every time. Would love to give a better review but honestly it's pretty sad considering how patient I was with the previous repairs. So here I am STILL waiting on a service that was written into the contract. Skeptical at this point if it will ever be done. Hopefully they will do what's right and get it taken care of. Just be careful of what they promise because after you sign the paper they are really in no hurry to finish what they promise. Update: They did finally get to the detail on my truck however it was more of a cleaning and wax job then the full buff they had indicated. But at this point I'm content. They did do what was agreed upon and the truck looks decent. I'll probably just pay someone down the road to get a true buff to remove the swirls. I guess the ultimate question is would I buy from again. I would, they were honest, upfront, and friendly to work with. But I would caution to make sure everything agreed upon was completed prior to taking ownership so it gets done in a timely manor. They really did stand behind the truck with the mechanical issues that came up and although the length of time needed to complete everything took longer than expected they really did what was needed to make me happy with the purchase.
Beware there is only a 5 day warranty when purchasing here. I ran into about 10 different problems on a $25,000 truck a week after purchasing and they wouldn’t fix anything after 5 days. Love the truck, but 2 months into owning it I’ve been putting far too much time and money into it. From what I’ve read there are numerous other people having the same issue. Edit: 4 months in, thousands of dollars in repairs. The two other people I know that have purchased from here are having the same issues as well. Do some extensive research before coming near this place. Edit: 6 months in, even more problems. Never ever come here for a vehicle.

they were contacted about the issue I had with the vehicle (head gasket) a $5000 repair didn’t even own the vehicle for a month salesman basically told me there’s too many chefs in the kitchen cause I had the thermostat and oil changed somewhere else All I can say is stay away from this dealership. They take your money and you get a taillight warranty bye-bye its your problem now UPDATE: been over a month no one responded to me like Steve the salesman said he or someone will contact me and nothing happened such a waste of time and money at this place would definitely recommend going somewhere else they don’t care about you after they get there money
