I paid for a Toyota Sienna in full. Auto Right did not send me my title. My temporary registration has expired. Now I have to get an attorney to sort this out. They refuse to communicate with me. I will be filing complaints with every state entity in which I can. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE (or any of the dealerships that they own in different names).
Very shady dealership, wouldn't recommend going here. They take advantage of women and young people. Bought a jeep Patriot, they said it's in perfect condition after 1 week replaced the drive shaft, all 4 rotors, calipers and brake pads then the battery went out. The most dishonest hole in the wall dealership I have ever been to. Don't go to get a car here, very dishonest and a bunch of thieves.

Bought a car here, drove it home only to find major mechanical issues with the vehicle. They didn’t even change the air filter or did an oil change before putting it on the lot. I notified the finance individual regarding the mechanical issue and said he would give me a call to have their mechanic look at it, never received a call. Do not plan on doing business with this car dealer again.
Shady people with no integrity at all they will rip you off. We bought a Van from them cash. Same day we bought it check engine light came on. I called they said yea bring it up, when I got there they told me it was an as is purchase. They would do nothing for me. The Van needs a new transmission on a vehicle I purchased a month ago. I wish I could give zero stars but I can't. Don't spend your money here they rip families off and don't care.
