I live out of state and I’ve been working with a terrific broker named Sam on purchasing a truck; he has been extremely helpful and reachable by phone and email. Still trying to get a deal done after weeks. After the credit application is filled out nobody calls, emails, or responds with the status. Each call to the dealership goes to voicemail. It's impossible to reach anyone, no matter how many voicemails you leave. I'm beginning to wonder if this dealership is a scam.
Drove here from a good distance, since no good pricing in our area, for a car we were looking for. Got a good deal and sales person was very friendly. They also agreed to fix an issue with the car. Glad we made the trip.
Company bought out R-K motor sales. Auto Link Seattle says they operate 12-6PM on Sunday on their Google page, Yelp page, and their website so I showed up at 11:50 and waited until 12:30 and nobody was here to operate, wish I could’ve made a deal today.
