He stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy with our financing. Months later we received another call to check in on our purchase abd make sure we are happy. I love my car!
I bought a Range Rover from this place over a month ago and had it shipped to me in Missouri. At first the only negative thing I had to say about this dealership would be that they didn’t seem to be on the same page and communication was subpar at best. Because I couldn’t come see the vehicle myself I had them send videos and pictures. They told me everything was in working order no lights on and no problems whatsoever. When it gets unloaded I get in the vehicle and see that it has a suspension fault telling me to stop the vehicle immediately. I take it to a shop and the ACE pump and all the ace lines are broken and very rusty. So far I am $3500 into repairs and that’s just to fix the suspension and more issues are arising. They have still not sent me my title and registration over a month later and will not respond to any voicemails calls texts ever since I told them all of the problems with it. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

It is a den of LIARS and THIEVES....Escape and run... I will be explaining my bitter experience in following reviews in coming weeks. If you enter there forget the word "HONESTY" which cannot be expected from them. Can you imagine selling a car without the minimum requisite of "AIRBAGS"...Yes, they sell not only broken cars, but also their conscience..Beware!!!
Marc and the guys were great to deal with, I wish all car sales people and staff could spend time with these great people. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle here. I was given plenty of time to inspect vehicle prior to being approached, then when I was ready Marc was more than happy to assist us. Got the keys and a plate so I could test drive and was very pleasant throughout the process. Thank you for taking some of the stress of car buying away for us.
