Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. The in house financing was fast, the salesman was exceptionally friendly and diligent. However, the car i received hadn't been detailed and the rear defrost is disconnected. If they would n ave offered those 2 services, I'd give 5 stars without any hesitation. Highly recommend!
Do not even bother with this dealer or their lender phoenix financial. Tyler and his staff knowingly sold me a busted up jeep with a motor that was gonna run fine for a few months for it to literally BLOW UP on me. I had to buy and install a whole new engine and their lender did not care and still wants their money. These people will give you so much negative equity so please dont waste your time here. You're gonna end up with an over priced car from a sleazy scummy team of people.
Was sold a car about a month and a half ago, and it has been nothing but problem after problem I wasn't made aware about. All was made to seem good, but it has been a nightmare since. From sway rods needing to be replaced, new battery, new tires (they came with bald ones), new thermostat, the horn doesn't work, nor anything on the steering wheel. And the issues persist. I feel like I was deceived on the quality/price of this vehicle. Would say to keep looking, it is not worth the risk of potentially getting a lemon. Which, seems to be a lot of other people's issues as well.
