Paul amazingly worked the phones with my insurance and loan folks to clear up any details and gave me a very easy path to finalize the deal. The last stages of buying a car can be very intimidating; Paul understood my anxiety and worked like a therapist to listen, explain, and research any last-minute questions. I was also very pleased with the simplicity of the final pricing... no weird fees or sketchy math... nothing appeared that wasn't clearly explained by John ahead of time. Paul and I finalized a deal and loan on the spot and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Auto Connection is legit.
