We read the reviews and we were hesitant about coming, but I'm glad we made the decision to go. My niece found a car that she really likes. The car has a sound motor transmission is great, but the best part of our service was Jessica and Rosa thanks girls for making my nieces First car experience a breeze.
I was totally impressed by the professionalism of the sales lady who assisted us with our used car purchase (a 2012 VW Tiguan)--I believe her name is Jessica. She gave us a great price, she was patient while we rounded up the money, she was friendly (not just to us but to other customers as well) and VERY easy to do business with, AND super efficient (all the sales paperwork only took about 20 minutes, she had it so well organized). I hope the business owner is compensating her commensurate with her abilities and responsibilities.
Do not recommend. Mother’s car basically fell apart a week after purchased. Replaced battery, spark plug within a week and now it won’t start.
We purchased a car from this establishment, drove it home, parked it, locked it and the next day didn’t have access to get in. The key that turns the car on would not open the door. Call the dealership to ask if there was another key and their response was “we keep our cars unlocked, we didn’t know that key didn’t open the door”. And had the audacity to recommend changing the lock, but obviously at our expense. Really? Bottom line we had to pay to get a locksmith to change the lock. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Take your money someplace else.
Gloria was very nice she explained everything and even offer me to take the vehicle to my mechanic. The vehicle in good shape.
