Very disappointed with this dealership, they tempt to give you their best smile, but the end of the day it’s not worth spending a penny with these guys they’ll tell you they’ll fix it for you but they won’t put a penny of a vehicle you purchased from them I took the truck in n come out the shop with the same problem Remember you gotta read when you sign those papers as it is, You get a check engine light The second day of purchasing a vehicle they’ll tell you bring it the they’ll keep the truck for 2-3days or any vehicle you purchase? I put 3500 down on a 2014 Buick Lacrosse. It died when I left the dealership. I was told it was a C clamp. (I’m a woman. I know nothing about cars). They adjusted it. I Left. Took it to my mom’s. Wouldn’t start. They sent a tow. 2 days later. “Same C camp”. Fast forward less than 30 days. Looking at 425 in tows. “Best case scenario is 1500”. Just so it runs. I’ve spent 4000 and am now “late on payments” for a car that ran for less than 30 days. Zero recommend. They will sell you garbage. And garbage is what they sell. I’ll be outside in viewing pleasure some time next week with signs on public property. Maybe wearing only lemons.
Khoury was an excellent salesman, asked me for my budget and showed me cars in my range, asked me what I was looking for.. took the time to show me around their large selection of cars and also offered to pull any of the cars out for a test drive. We settled for a beautiful Dodge Journey, Khoury’s professionalism and salesmanship lead to him closing a deal out with me and I couldn’t be happier!
