We bought our car here in February. The buying process was really easy, and everyone we worked with was friendly and willing to negotiate on price, which we appreciated. We knew we were getting an older used vehicle, but some of the issues we ran into seemed like things that should have been caught before the sale. The car was given to us with low tires (the TPMS light was on) and one set of brakes that needed to be replaced right away. One of the keys we received wasn't for our vehicle and we had to return to swap them, which was inconvenient. Within a few weeks, we had to bring it back for warranty work due to a mechanical failure. The staff were polite and got it done quickly, but the same issue came back soon after the warranty ended. The most concerning thing was during our first oil change, when we found the engine had almost 8 quarts of oil instead of the correct 4. That kind of mistake could have caused serious damage. Overall, while the sales experience was smooth, the lack of basic safety and maintenance checks was disappointing. The car just wasn’t the value it was presented as, and I wouldn’t buy here again.

Purchased a 2010 GMC Yukon Denali my second vehicle from Atlas and it is great! Only had 1 issue with the truck and they took care of it with no problems! Corey did a great job and so did Gary at helping me! I highly recommend going here to get a vehicle!!! Check Engine light on VSC on and VSC off and sensor and day running light out all with in 2 weeks of buying. They sent me two different mechanics 1 on Pullman they didn't replace the sensor as told same old sensors and VSC lights on. Then they sent me to Metric Motor's on Buffalo Rd to Matthew was very nasty to me and told me he doesn't have time to help me after doing the diagnostic for me as a favor to Atlas Auto my truck needs a manifold catalytic converter and other parts and a computer reset. I went to a Toyota Dealer Meachanic and it cost $2471 so they sold me a vehicle with major preexisting mechanical problems and the diagnostic cost me $200.00 at the Toyota Dealership. Atlas Auto is costing me money and causing me to suffer they are terrible. Everyone I have come in contact with has been hostile with me I'm going to report them. To the BBB and the Consumer Financial Bureo. They are careless at Atlas Auto especially Jared. He said in txt that engine related is covered but they will not fix the vehicle I haven't even had it 90 days at this point when ask I had the vehicle for less than 60 days. Don't shop with them unprofessional and selling bad vehicles. Update Aug 2021 The Diagnostic picture was removed from Google Well that's because it will hurt your business Atlas Auto doesn't like when you tell the truth about them. You delete 100% proof because you know what you did was wrong period! Don't waste your money or life on this dealership these people they will sell you garbage then get smart out the mouth like a sassy little girl child in grade school lol very unprofessional period and hostile and waste of time KARMA. Also I was never offered a extended warranty or shown one you had me wait both days so you could handle your choice customers before me although I was there before them and did set a time to come in, me and my family. You have a lack of respect for BLACK WOMEN Jared! You have carried out the same energy since you took my hard earned money. You were notified with in days of having the vehicle and said you would have several issues fixed you did not tell the truth period I'm done here grow up take responsibility for you role 😉
