Do Not Do Not Buy any Vehicle from this dealership. They are committing deceitful sells. They clear all codes on vehicles just to sell them. We bought my expecting wife a new suv and as soon as we got home all the lights came on the dashboard. Called the dealer after bringing the car to autozone to check the lights and they said to bring it back in to have it fixed and the Vapor canister replaced. I put a paint marker on the old part to verify if they replaced it. They did not. They cleared the codes once again. Do not buy from this place. Please do your research and look at the other reviews. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option.
I can't thank Adil and Jenn at Atlas Auto enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. Even though there were a few unexpected issues with the first vehicle, they stood by me every step of the way and made sure everything was made right. They truly went above and beyond to get me into a new vehicle that I love, and I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and are committed to making sure you're happy. Highly recommend working with them – they're honest, professional, and just really good people!
I dont know where to begin with this place DO NOT buy into their fake extended warranty that they try and offer you, I should of done my research before paying for it but I was just ready to leave, when I called the dealership to get the number to contact the warranty that i had paid for, it was just some BS sales hotline for Healthcare equipment??? and when I tried to call her back she of course doesnt answer, from the moment I left the lot everything from the wiper blades to all four 7 year old used tires they put on the truck has gone wrong I've had this truck for 6 months and have had to replace a coil 6 plugs a battery a water pump... I just kept telling myself its a used vehicle thats what I get but now i need to replace the catalytic converter to bad the fake warranty company yall sold me cant cover it....
Do not buy from this dealer! Sold me a vehicle with a clean title, went to register and was told it has a salvage history and cannot be registered or tagged until made into a salvage/rebuilt title Dealer refuses to take vehicle back or compensate for overpaid value. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Read all updates!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This man know what he’s doing to people. I just wish I had done more research before buying from him/Atlas Auto. It’s beyond sickening they’d sell me this vehicle like this. All update are within ONE year of purchase. I have never had a worse car buying experience. The amount of stress I have had since buying this car is insane. Within two hours of driving my car that we are paying $14,000 for, The engine light comes on. After taking it to AutoZone, there are several major issues with it, and it is clear that the engine light codes have been wiped for selling purposes. I have spent the past two weeks with my engine light going on and off and them claiming they replaced the hose that was responsible for the air to fuel ratio, but when I take it to AutoZone, it also says that there’s misfires happening and coils need replaced. I shouldn’t purchase a $14,000 car and have these Large issues. Now two weeks post purchase, my car has not started a total of about 10 times over the past 24 hours. I tried to go pick up the second key, it was dead or not programmed. Did not work at all. I’m hoping that with the car not starting, it is an issue of the original key needing a battery replacement but even then… I should not have to be doing this and jumping through hoops over an expensive car TWO weeks after purchasing it. We are a middle-class family and I should not be having to spend more money and time to go back-and-forth to this place to get it fixed. I will never buy from here again, I will also advise everyone I know to stay away from this place. Additionally, I will be going at greater lengths for these issues to be made right. I have other people that have bought from here and have had similar issues. Regardless of the “as is” scam I bought into, if my issues are not fixed-I’ll be taking this place to the news stations. **updated to add: had to spend near $300 on a battery. Apparently batteries with push start features are a lot pricier. Got the battery that was in there tested and it was bad as well as the positive terminal port to the battery. Battery was replaced and the car STILL wouldn’t start. The people that changed the battery also noted significant corrosion around the battery. in a couple of days, I am dropping a lot more money to take this car to a mechanic to get a full report of what is going on with it. At that point, I will not stop to make this right. I have 2 young children and we have been stranded all around the city. This is terrible what has been done/sold to my family. **2nd update: Mechanic had to come put a break switch in-it was completely dead. $200 more spent on this issue. **3rd update: 4 weeks post buy and we just discovered the coolant is leaking. **4th update: August 31st, 2024-5 months post purchase-multiple cylinder misfires. This will result in hundreds of repairs needed including coils, spark plugs, etc.. **5th update: All spark plugs needed replaced-$700. **6th update: 12/25/24…discovered lighter port doesn’t work on creating to plug a car heated blanket in. Tried with 3 different cords. Left front side radio went out. **7th update: 02/25…car wouldn’t start, break switch sensor went out. Already had to replace the break switch within months of driving it off the lot. ^*8th update: 03/25….multiple misfires, cylinder 6 is bad, could need replaced, air to fuel ratio issue still present. Looking at about $5-600 in repairs. **9th update: 08/25…a year and a half post buying the car, my engine light starts blinking. Take it in and they said it’s $4000 to deal with the catalytic converters. Cleaned them out instead, did o2 sensor repairs and other smaller things, dropped $1000. 1 week later, engine light blinking again. This dealership is SCUM. Total to date, I’m at nearly $4000 I’ve put into this vehicle in 1.5 years. No other dealership will even take the car for more than pennies. This is CRIMINAL.
