I came in to meet with Josue Vargas just before Christmas. I explained my situation and budget. I was interested in an Equinox. Tried to show me a top trim version, tells me it’s going to be over $800 a month to buy. Said i wouldn’t qualify for lower payments or a lease and didn’t bother to present any other offers. Then tells me to contact his guy to lower my insurance so i can afford a higher car payment. Didn’t even bother to get to approval for a cheaper payment from the bank. Long story short I went back to Subaru where they got me into a beautiful Forester Hybrid Sport trim for not only less than what i was paying for my previous car, but over $200 less than what chevy offered for a comparable vehicle. Thanks South Shore Subaru for not putting GREED over your customers.
Easiest car buying experience. Salesman Eric was very easy going and not pushy at all. Came in to look at a used car for my daughter, let him know what features I was looking for, and he patiently showed every car they had that fit my needs. Brought my daughter to dealership later that day and Eric patiently showed her the car we were interested in. They were upfront on the price, no nonsense with trying to add on fees or packages. Signed paperwork on a Friday night and picked up car on Monday. Will definitely be going back when I need another car.

My Tahoe was in for repair this time due to transmission failure and other issues with the motor and as of this time things seem to be good!
