First of all I wanted to thank Tom and his team for being one of the friendliest sales team I’ve encountered, although they were super busy and had a lot on there hands it was a bit of a hassle to get in contact with them at times, but with good service it come at a cost. Sales are nice as they have to be, but if anything breaks good luck to your wallet. On my 4 month old bike it fell from 2 feet, unlucky it broke the shift shaft a 50$ part, quoted me 1400$ in repairs. Don’t ever go here for maintenance or repairs unless it under warranty it’s a money pit. 2 weeks later they are too busy doing jack shit and trying to up charge the living hell out of people they forgot my oil cap and a pin that actually turns the brake light on. What are you guys doing ?? Left my number 2 times and still cant get my stuff absolute joke of a business.
Went in to purchase a new SXS, went after a pro R after chatting with my sales rep Thomas Avila. He was super knowledgeable and easy going. Not only about the machine as is from factory but factory and aftermarket accessories. No pressure, calm cool and collected (I am not the easiest customer). To boot he was acting sales manager or at least running the ship while the manager was elsewhere. Super simple process and Thomas was dead honest. Fleeting quality in most sales professionals.
