At this point, I no longer feel confident or safe with the car, and I’m extremely discouraged by this whole experience. It’s frustrating and disappointing to invest in a vehicle that was advertised as problem-free, only to start dealing with repairs less than a week in. What makes it worse is the change in attitude—I was treated very friendly during the purchase, but once the problems began, I felt brushed off and treated like a burden. This has been a stressful and uncomfortable situation, and I wouldn’t recommend AMS to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle or honest customer care.
