If no stars was an option that’s what I would rate Amery Chevrolet. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Amery Chevrolet service took my significant others trailblazer that we bought from them brand new. We got her back windshield washer fluid sprayer replaced under warranty they ended up botching the job big time. Blue windshield washer fluid dyed the headliner blue all over. Then they had the nerve to continue and tell us that the headliner couldn’t be replaced from the damage of this warranty work. The service manager and their GM continued to tell us that they wouldn’t cover their wrongdoing and that we would have to fork out the money to get the headliner fixed which is a couple thousand dollars not including labor. We had to deal with the blue headliner and a musky smell all summer long. They enrolled us in a GOODWILL one time fix per owner to get it fixed we ordered the headliner under this program. They forgot to call us when the headliner came in I had to call and ask. We set the appointment up and they started to put the new headliner in and the mechanic thought it was best to install a new headliner with no gloves and greasy oily hands staining the new headliner leaving marks all over the headliner from front to back. They called us told us the job was done we looked at the work and again didn’t accepting the job they did. So they had to keep the car a couple more days so they could steam clean the headliner. And make sure they reset your tire gauges when you get a simple tire rotation.
Tristan was awesome right from the start. Communicated with me thru text answered all my questions promptly and sent me several options for the vehicle I was looking for. We set up appt and travelled 2 hrs and was given top notch service even though he was juggling several customers. Was very knowledgeable and up front with negotiations and came to a mutually equitable deal with a trade in. He even gave us hats and sweatshirts. We will definitely spread the word about Tristan. Have to shout out to Ashley in financing, she was very organized and had all the papers for signature ready and helped me get the special first responder plates they offer in our state of MN.
