I am a repeat customer of 7 years for my second F-150. America Auto Group is the place to get a truck. Brian is my guy over there. I went looking for a very specific used truck that had max tow packages, 6.5 ' bed lengths, leather, technology upgrades, etc., and Brian had me on exactly what I needed within seconds. These guys are amazing! (Doug, Austin, & Brian) I had a horrendous experience with the Hyundai dealership down the street. I went to American Auto group in a bad mood, anyone reading this knows what it’s like to get jerked around by a car dealership. I called American Auto group to verify they had the vehicle I was interested in and commented on how discouraged I was with the whole car buying process. Doug was very nice and verified the vehicle was there. When I arrived Doug welcomed me inside and told me the vehicle I was looking for had sold (jokingly).
