I was planning to buy a car at this dealership. I came in, but the staff was very rude. They didn’t explain anything properly and responded in a very disrespectful way. They didn’t even try to help or give any real information. I was very disappointed. I will not be coming back here again.
I bought a car here, but it turned out to be broken. They deceived me and sold me a faulty vehicle. When I came back to them and explained that the car was not working, they told me it wasn’t their responsibility and that I should go to a service shop. I was very disappointed.
When I bought this car from them first thing I did before starting the car was check the oil level and to no surprise the car had almost no oil. I let them know and luckily they added some oil. Another thing I noticed the same day I bought the car was that the check engine light was on. When I told them about it they scanned it and it was from an emissions system leak. They never fixed that issue to this day the car still has that issue. And another thing that I noticed on that same day was that the stereo was turning on and off not working. I let the owner of the place know cuz he was there he told me to get in touch with guido and that’s what I did I let him know. And what he told me was that his mechanic was on vacation but he would get back to me when he got back but he never did. So I’m still stuck with my cars stereo not working I had a friend disconnect it look at the wiring but nothing worked. The car randomly also started leaking power steering fluid too and supposedly they had replaced a part that had to do with the power steering. Some of my friends told me that amenero motors wasn’t a good place to buy your car from but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and now I’m stuck with a car that leaks all of its power steering fluid in a week, and the stereo still doesn’t work. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I every buy a vehicle from them again.
