Bought a nice looking truck from Alpha about a year ago. Staff was nice and helpful, however. The 2011 blue ram 1500 I purchased ended up having freshly painted bumpers to match the truck, looked real sharp untill my first carwash. The fresh paint started chipping off exposing the chrome bumper, it was embarrassing driving around. I ended up stripping the bumpers to the original chrome finish. Not long after this the nice new tires I noticed were wearing out very quickly, turned out they put new nice tires and rims on but didn't do an alignment which as it turns out needed to be replaced within 8 months $2400.00, bummer. Last I just traded my truck in and found out yes it's a clean title but there was frame damage from a wreck and the value was not what it should have been. All in all this is/was a typical used car buying experience. I felt okay driving away but realized I got screwed every day after. I wouldn't say don't buy from Alpha but definitely get some sort of carfax on the vehicle, but that goes with buying any used vehicle I suppose.
Great guys and great prices. Update after having the truck for a couple months now, had to replace rotors and brakes 2 months in, replace all wheel bearings after 4 months, now replacing all upper and lower control arms and tie rod ends that are verry worn. The guys are very friendly and great to work with, but if your going to purchase a vehicle get a mechanic too look it over really good before purchasing, unfortunately I was from out of town and didn't know any local mechanics to look it over before I purchased the truck and that's on me.
