It would be difficult to say enough good things about the people that work at this place. I was blown away. Legitimately. I have challenging credit. The pandemic was hard on me, and I havent had a car since I sold my last one in 2021. I have been looking for 2 years. No luck and denials everywhere I went. Then I filled out a pre-approval app online at All Wheels and got a text. I was texting with, I believe Steve(?) Sorry if im wrong about that one, and he sent me a vehicle he though would work for me. I didnt text back for a couple of days but when I did... everything happened so quickly. Kelly the sales manager gave me a call and also had me fill out a credit app. I had a call back at a yes in a half an hour. Even with my challenging credit he kept calling until he got a yes. I live in Seattle and the dealership is in Everett and they were able to facilitate a lot of the documents and deposits electronically for my convenience. Kelly even arranged a ride for me in the vehicle I was purchasing, from the light rail station to dealership. I worked with another associate (oh my gosh I forgot his name, I was in such astonishment at how quickly everything was happening) who helped me sign the paperwork, I was handed the keys and the carfax and all of my documents and I was back in Seattle with my new van within an hour and a half.
