Best experience I’ve had since I’ve been going there! Upon check in, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. BUT after 30 minutes I saw my car pulled up in the drive. I almost questioned if they even changed the oil and filters at all. But of course I know they did I considering it was charged to my maintenance plan. The HR manager herself even came out to make sure the advisor had my paperwork done properly. So glad I didn’t have to wait the expected 2 hours. Thank you J Allen

I bought my vehicle for service and a noise issue my service advisor AJ Crouse told me the that the technician needed one more day with the vehicle because they needed to inspect more because they couldn’t figure where the noise was coming from that’s was on Saturday January 24 I rented a Toyota car while I was getting service also my service advisor gave me a business card with his cel phone and he told me that texting on that number was the best way to comunicate so I texted him for that WHOLE week after that day he always said that they have more technicians on the car because they couldn’t figure where the noise was coming from all this time he lied to me the front office people at Toyota ALLEN was trying to reach me through phone and they couldn’t reach me because someone enter my wrong phone number in the system all said this place is a joke not professional at all I trusted my service advisor the whole time and he ending ruining my whole month up because I had to pay extra money all because they didn’t do their job right is not fair and the lady in the front names Rose she claim to be a Lead was very rude when all this time I was waiting for them to tell me what was wrong with e the car after seven days. I rather go to Cannon Toyota in Mosspoint they are worth the drive believe me…..

First, let me say that Zach Corbin the service desk member was excellent. He's always a pleasure to talk to. Now for the issue. My engine light was on when I got my car back. I thought it would go off but it didn't. Then when I parked at my next decision and cut the car off the fan was still running while the car was off. The dealership was closed by then. Luckily, I was able to go to Auto Zone to know why the engine light was on and why the fan was still blowing. The service techs failed to reconnect the barometric sensor! It was an easy fix and auto zone didnt charge me. The service techs should be aware that if the engine light was on when the car came in, that there is a problem when the car leaves with the engine light on. That was the only issue...
