BUYER BEWARE!!!! Be very careful with this dealership. Nightmare. I was deceived into thinking an electrical issue with the car I bought would be resolved by owner Mr. Haywood through Cadillac dealer. It was NOT at all. All they did was reset computer. Additionally they sent me the wrong title paperwork. Absolutely terrible buying experience, surrendered vehicle in question, 2014 Cadillac ELR. Was verbally disrespected by the owner, Mr. Haywood on our last phone call. He can't say the same about me. Be cautious when dealing with this dealership, not all is what it seems. Only reason I didn't drop the car back at their dealership fast enough for the Lemon Law statue was because I live so far and car was shipped to me in south Florida about 2 weeks after I bought it. Felt like a con, and was taken advantage of. Terrible people. Response: A. Never communicated with manufacturer before receiving car. B. Car had a charging issue when I saw it at ur dealership. Told by Allegiant Auto center OWNER it would be fixed. Received the car with same issue. Realized I was lied too, most probably because of the excessive cost to repair. BUYER BEWARE!
Well let me share my time I well my mom bought me a 2007 Honda Odyssey exl 3.5 for these ppl and me and my girlfriend was sitting in the driveway to go to the flea market and I think God I was not driving when this happen but I cranked the car and guess what come flying out the crankshaft pulley that alone cost me 169.00 and thats just for the part yeah the labor was 100.00 and I'm on a fixed income and the air conditioner is still not working and on top of all that I think I have a bad oil leak which it has had before this van ever left the lot with me. They knew I didn't have a lot of money and u still put me in this ride and all we have had is trouble out of it and like I said I'm on a fix income and can't just go out and get me another ride it don't work that way for some ppl like me. But yeah people please be aware of these ppl and make sure it's what u want and look under the hood and look under the body too before u pay cash for one of his vehicles please don't make the biggest mistake like I did. Just don't go to this place ur better off with out the bullshit!!!! Do u know what would of hapen if I was driving when that crankshaft pulley came off it would of not been good at all.. someone could of died
