Purchase a vehicle from here a couple of weeks ago, second day with the vehicle the check engine light came on. So I took it to Caliber Auto Care and after they read the codes and sent me the information $7,000+ worth of transmission repairs and some other repairs needed to be done. Immediately return the vehicle. Oh yeah and I don't know how they are doing it but the information that they provide you with for their contact information will not let you write a review on CarGurus.
Purchased a vehicle from here, and on the 2 hour drive home the transmission started slipping. Took it to a transmission shop to find out it needs a new transmission. Paid $8000 for the vehicle to find out we must spend $6,500+ on a new transmission to be put in. I would NOT recommend purchasing any vehicle from this company. Seller said he drove vehicle multiple days and assured us he had no issues. I seriously doubt that the transmission just started slipping on our ride home with it. I wish I read all of these reviews prior to waisting out time and money at this place. If you don't want to loose thousands on a paperweight, then I'd shop elsewhere.
Purchased a 2010 Lexus vehicle here last week it was a great car buying experience! The vehicle was nice and clean the owner took me on a test drive and also to a mechanic shop to help me get a second opinion! I bought a car for my nephew for his sweet 16 it was a 2014 Chevy Malibu it has all these safety features I love it. His mother loves it doe him car was in excellent condition and price was fair. A guy named James helped me. Will definitely be referring all my people there.
