I originally went to the service department to get my old car looked at and my service advisor Mary Bonaventure was awesome and communicated with me the whole time and made the transition of looking into getting a new car smooth. Every one of the staff that helped me was very friendly and never pushy. I recommend this place 💯💯💯
Dishonest dealership - tried to sell us a used 2012 Toyota Venza that had a leaking radiator that wasn’t disclosed. We discovered this on a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic of our choosing (along with an oil drain plug that was hand tightened and leaking oil!). When we told them that this was something that should have been disclosed before we wasted hours of time and asked them to split the cost of the pre-purchase inspection, they told us that because the car was “as-is” they would not cover any of the cost ($175). I wonder if the car was “as-is” why they decided to replace the tires (they were new), change the brakes, and change the oil (poorly)? Oddly the new tires were also not reported on the carfax (I doubt the person that traded the car in would have just replaced the tires). I would not recommend buying used cars from this dealer given these red flags. 2/13/26 update - tried calling the provided number and left a voicemail for the GM a couple weeks ago. I never heard back

He took the time to search vehicles for me, strictly by text communication, bc I HATE the footwork of buying a vehicle, and I could communicate back as my work allowed, in my own time. Also, I’m 55, and never bought a brand new car… Ended up buying a BEAUTIFUL 2024 rogue, driving it off the lot with only 6 miles on it!💗💗 I’ve LOVED every second of it!! I hope all salesmen will take a hint from Rick! I contacted 2-3 other sales personnel and asked them to do the same thing, they couldn’t be bothered…and they lost a sale…THANKS AGAIN, RICK!!
