My shared experience was bad.. it was a scam and I watched someone go through hell with them. The dealership lied several times about the condition of The vehicles, The contract details and its obligations. Also it Took 2 additional weeks to have their vehicle ready for pick up after they purchased and test drive it , They said it was due to "maintenance " but the car has no issues?? Then it was found out through car fax and paying for a FULL inspection, mind you after asking and being told no it definitely had not been in any accidents .. was informed that the vehicle had infact been in a previous accident and been repaired. But they were still being charged a price and sold a vehicle that doesn't reflect that. When confronted they continued to falsely state details about the condition and already signed contracts (a month previously) .. They returned the vehicle and im just warning others!! In my opinion.. I wouldn't trust them with my credit either.. it's something that is hard to establish and it seems they throw it around here.. for a simple commission sale... it's nuts and they should be ashamed.. that is all.. I didn't visit to purchase a car, but because I received a "winning" giveaway flyer. The representative I spoke to was polite and friendly. If you also received a giveaway flyer and got a "winner," just know that you ALSO have to match one of the serial numbers in the attached photo. Check the sideways number in the address block. If your number does NOT match and you're not looking to buy a car, don't waste a trip.

This company sent out a fake sweepstakes saying that I won a cash prize. I called to see was it real and they told me yes and to bring my ID. When I got there, the salesman took my information and acted as if he was going to get my prize, but he ran my credit without my permission and created a hard inquiry. I understand that this game was a tactic to try to get people to come in, but to run my credit without my permission and then later find out that I did not win anything at all is Bad Business Ethics. This will be reported to the Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau. My private information should not have been taken for their pleasure. A lawsuit is in question also
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. ( ALL STAR DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM ) My recent experience involved serious misconduct, unprofessional behavior, and multiple actions that raised legal and ethical concerns. After deciding to unwind my contract, the staff became hostile and deliberately stalled the process. It took nearly two hours for them to locate my keys, which were eventually found by the detailing team — not management. The finance director, Jared Smith, stated directly to me that he would “sign my signature with or without me to close the deal.” This is completely unacceptable and raises major concerns about potential forgery and fraudulent practices. I have this statement recorded and will be filing a formal complaint as well as pursuing legal action. Several staff members displayed extremely disrespectful behavior during the process, including verbal insults. The overall environment felt unprofessional, disorganized, and hostile, especially once it became clear I was not moving forward with the sale. It was obvious their primary concern was losing commission, not treating customers with honesty or respect. I originally returned to this dealership because I purchased my previous vehicle here, but after this experience, I will never return. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to proceed with caution, obtain pre-approval from your own bank or credit union, and avoid allowing this dealership to run your credit without necessity. This was by far the most unprofessional and concerning dealership experience I have ever had.
