My experience at Alfred Matthews was a good experience my first time using their service to repair my car. I’ve had my car out of their shop for about a week and a half now and I waited until today to make sure my car was serviced professionally before I posted to give them a better review than I could’ve gave them when I first got my car out of the shop. My car came out of the shop from Alfred Matthews looking like as if it came out of the showroom floor from Michelin Honda were I purchased my car the body came out superb the Paint job came out superb all sensors are working properly The customer service that I experienced at Alfred Matthew from the time I walked in the door to get an understanding of how the process works to the time I dropped my car off each individual text that I received from Alfred Matthews on updates of the process of my car and the day I picked my car up customer service was next to none professional, understandable, simple and qualified.
Had an excellent experience buying my new GMC Sierra from Alfred Matthews. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I drove off with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a new GMC!
Unfortunately found this place because I was in a collision, but they did an amazing job and I am so happy to see my car back to it's original form. It took two weeks but I am so happy to get my car back. I believe the total was about 5,000 for this repair which was paid for by the insurance, but I can imagine it's a ridiculous amount if you are just coming for a regular repair. They do great work but seems extremely expensive. Also I was told it would be done in a week but they found further damage so it took another week which isn't their fault , just documenting my experience. i took a star off because if I was coming in without insurance I don't think I would have been able to afford this place.
I recently took my Honda Accord to get body work done here. They did such an amazing job. From start to finish. Very kind, helpful, friendly. Excellent work on making my car look new! I recommend Alfred Matthew's! They know what they are doing and I didn't wait a long time for my car to be returned to me. Thank you Alfred Matthew's!
