I have had THE single worst experience ever coming to this place for vehicle repairs. Every department is segregated and doesn't work with each other. Nobody knows how to assist another if someone is out and as a customer, I am left with no answers. My vehicle repairs were scheduled to be 62hours worth of labor (approximately) but ended up taking 2 MONTHS to complete. I will NEVER return here no matter how bad I need something done with my vehicle. I advise all car people to steer clear of this place and it's services. I didn't have rental coverage at the time due to only assuming the 62hours would take a maximum of 1 week for repairs. I ended up needing to rent cars out of pocket for 2 months and got No Reimbursement for such. Don from the body shop helped as much as he could. (Maybe could have pressed to help a little more, but all good) Tara, helped in the beginning, friendly.. I posted photos of my driver side door and passenger side door for comparison, passenger side has a gap and driver side is clean..I don't understand... I wish I could rate 0 stars. Come here if you want to be a 1-time customer.
Ricky and Anthony were great to work with on the Sales side of the dealership. I came in for an old truck but couldn’t get financing. We found another car, Anthony worked hard to get me a loan. The used car market in 26 is a strange and awful place but the crew here did everything they could to put me in the nicest, safest, and most affordable vehicle in their stock. I’m looking forward to continuing working with them. If you have realistic expectations from the car buying process I would highly recommend giving them a shot at winning your business.
Zo came out to greet us in the freezing cold tonight. He gave us plenty of time and space to discuss the car, then got us the keys when we were ready with no problem. We got here very late, and we're planning to pull the trigger right away. Zo and Anthony didn't hesitate to honor the internet price, and help us get a monthly payment that worked for us. When we decided to buy, the guys and ladies stayed late after closing to finisher up the paperwork. Overall, this was the easiest, lightest car buying experience I've had!
