Previously, I purchased from this dealership in May 2016. I was very happy with my Explorer purchase. I still have that automobile. Before this purchase, I had visited a few days earlier viewing a vehicle for my son. In that search, I happened across this vehicle a couple days later on the company website. I returned to the dealership where I received excellent customer service. The salesman provided excellent information about the operational features of the vehicle and the Ford Motor app. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly.
Our sales man Dalton Casey did an amazing job! First, he was the reason we found the vehicle we had been looking for. He posted it on Facebook and we saw the post. We live an hour and ten minutes from the dealership in Boaz and we talked with Dalton and told him we were coming to look at the vehicle and he had it up front and ready when we arrived. Second, we decided not to purchase that evening by but to think it over. The visit was on a Thursday and by Saturday we decided to move forward. He secured a deposit to hold the vehicle because we could not make it back until Monday evening. Third, Dalton also acquired all the paperwork information he could via phone so that the financing portion went quickly and smoothly when we arrived. It was truly a great car buying experience where we typically do not like the process. I would strongly recommend Alexander Ford in Boaz and ask for Dalton Casey his is amazing!
