She contacted me right away Monday morning. Stefanie answered all my questions and made the purchase go as smoothly as possible. Reanna Diaz was also very helpful during the whole finance phase and walked me through all the paperwork that need to be signed and returned. Oh did I mention I was making this purchase from Montana. Both ladies were both helpful and very accommodating. Though Stefanie’s part was done she continued to provide me with pictures and assist with helping arrange for shipping the truck. I had a brake caliper lock up on me while I was a few hours from home. Called Alexander Ford service and they were able to work me in right away. They replaced both in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Their service advisor was great and the technician was awesome. He even hooked my trailer backup after cleaning up the area he worked on.
