Where do I begin to explain all the ways the owner of this dealership has cheated me and literally stolen money from me. From the very beginning one year ago, I had nothing but trouble and heartache from the truck sold to me at Albee Motors. I was sold a lemon that was literally in the shop being fixed for almost 3 of the first 4 months I owned the truck. I purchased a warranty from them for $2065. I have finally sold the truck at a loss of $10,000. I have spoken numerous times with the Warranty Company who have assured me (and emailed Albee Motors of the fact) that I should be receiving a pro-rated refund of 76% of the purchase price minus a $50 Cancellation fee of the Warranty. That would be a total of $1519 that should be refunded to me. I have received a check for only $898 from Albee Motors (because they say that's all they received back from the warranty company.) They are keeping (stealing!!) over $600 that I am entitled to....and they will not budge. My only recourse is to tell my story. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
Do not buy a vehicle from here! The owner is rude and dishonest. These trucks are rentals from (Enterprise rental company) and he won’t tell you just says truck was owned by one owner. I had a problem with driver’s seat brought back to discuss about repairing it he gave me a hard time said it’s a used truck(3weeks later after I bought it and truck is only 7 months old) He finally agreed to fix it and promised to send it to his interior Repair guy, I found out he only swapped it out of another truck that was there and seat frame was all rusty underneath. I spent $47,000 on this truck so didn’t want someone’s else’s junk he gave me back my original drivers seat unfixed. The owner of this place is a very dishonest person so do not buy anything from here a lot of his older trucks are rust buckets as well!
Ok so this is the first time I financed a car at a dealer. I’ve heard horror stories but I always try and give the benefit of the doubt. The employees at Albee Motors are nothing short of personable and helpful. They worked with me on everything from price right down to registration and getting it on the road to drive right off the Lot. Al helped find me a great deal with a loan and took care of everything. Nothing. It positive things to say about them. Thank you for all your help!
