We were not from the area so we put everyone in the truck - and for a pickup with a booster seat and a full sized car seat - it was like chilling on the couch - soo comfortable and roomy! He showed us a good test drive route where we got a feel for how it rode both in town and on the highway. Once we were convinced this was THE one (didn't take long), we went back to do the paperwork. Mr Hatch, the sales manager, was also great. He checked out our trades. At first he was lower than what we wanted, after talking about it we came to a compromise that we all felt was fair toto both sides. He did try to beat our credit unions rate but in the end, he was quite respectful in our choice to stick with our own. Once we came to an agreement, we were pleased as punch and ready to seal it up. Cory is the Finance Manager. I literally have NEVER met a nicer, more helpful finance manager. He was completely personable, just like everyone else, but he also wasnt pushy or "salesy" about the deal. He was super helpful in our discussion regarding extended warranties etc. While we were finalizing paperwork, the shop washed and detailed our vehicle - it was so clean and beautiful it could have just come off the showroom floor. You could definitely tell they took pride in the final product and the customers pleasure of driving something nice and beautiful home. The whole entire experience was what I would call world class. I HIGHLY recommend this team for your next buying experience! I'm already working on the next deal with Cowboy Joe (just look for the cowboy hat) for my daughter, and we will definitely be returning for future deals!

Started the process online. So on arrival everything was pretty quick. Jesse was great responding to text and getting everything set up. The jeep was great and exactly as the website had it. Everything was smooth even in finance and getting all the warranties that I wanted for the Jeep. Excited to work with this group of people in the future for vehicle maintenance and later on getting a new Jeep when the time comes.
