If I could rate this review above 5* I would have. I had the best encounter after driving 2.5 hours with Joe Claprood at Alan Jay Ford. I was looking for a very specific vehicle for my family's needs and Joe helped me every step of the way to make sure I left with exactly what I came for. There was no usual pressure you get walking into a car dealership and it was worth every minute of the drive to Sebring. If I am ever in the need of another car I will absolutely make the trek back to Sebring. Thank you Joe for such a great car buying experience!
Eddy very nice however my car has had same issue since June 21, 2023…touchscreen stops working freezing up you have zero control, no navigation, no heat-air conditioning - nothing…they have my car 5 days said can’t get Ford to call back because they can’t fix issue…said I can pick up, I want car repair done. Also 4 times at Alan Jay and it doesn’t show up on my service records. Ford has failed at customer service. BTW my car has 13,466 miles it’s a ford edge 2021. If you search the Internet, this is an ongoing issue for the Ford. I think this is my last ford.
This dealership takes Advantage of a lot of people because of them being the sole dealership in the area.. My parents spent over two thousand dollars on gaskets for a water pump. They became cold and slightly rude.When asked about the price. I had referenced other places on prices and was double.The amount at at alan jay in sebring. Be careful and get a second opinion before taking it to them.
I purchased a used Ford Fusion. I immediately had a couple car problems but their Service dept took excellent care to repair. I give athumbs up to Allay Jay Ford and Alex their salesman.
