My recent experience could’ve been better. I asked for an inspection and they didn’t even bother taking the tires off, felt rushed. My problem continued after my appointment and I scheduled with tires plus and they took the tires off and found the issue and now my truck drives smooth. Next time don’t rush and actually look for the problem. I’ve had a good experience with Chevy until this particular problem.
Had my car serviced this morning and the service people were rude. They didn't wash the car after service and changed my radio stations. The intake person had the audacity to lie about it despitethe change done , regardlessof what they are not supposedto do. The lack of ownership of the errors and disrespectful tone is the part that pisses me off. The dealership needs to be more polite and own your errors- then correct them respectfully!!
