Had a fantastic experience at Al Packer Ford- Angel was my salesperson and he was really cool and friendly and made the deal as painless as possible. Financing was very easy and I got out of there in less than 2 hours. Very happy with my new F150. They honored the deal I saw online about this truck and said what they said they were going to do. Will definitely be back to purchase more vehicles from Al Packer! They took my business from Arrigo West Palm who are now very scummy and dishonest. I can honestly say that I might’ve switched brands too!

Absolutely splendid! The entire car-buying experience was wonderful. We came in with a budget and a specific type of vehicle in mind, and they made it happen. Specifically ask for JOE!!! I know car salesmen have a bad rap; however, Joe did not sell me a car. He described the features the vehicle had to offer. There was no pressure in his sales tactic. There was no fluff and too much extra dealer markup, he worked to get the best rate possible. Jason in finance is so kind! He doesn't play games and do a lot or fluff. It was fast and painless to get the funds processed and the title done. Nathan explained all the features of the car. Make sure the car is ready to be handed off to the driver. This was a Class A experience from top to bottom. If you've been looking to buy a car but don't like being hounded or having the Sharks after you to make that sale, come to this lot!! This is not a pushy salesperson this is a place where they hear what you need and they're going to help you purchase the best vehicle for you. I am absolutely happy with the service and the quality that I received. I highly encourage others to at least check out the lot and see what kind of pricing you can get. I had been to seven other locations, and this was the only one that actually did not overcharge with sticker pricing and a whole bunch of dealer markups. This company is really looking to sell you the vehicle that you desire. 10/10 on customer service, quality, and ease of accessibility. After having over 40 years of experience with buying cars even my mother said this was one of THE BEST experiences ever in this sector. In fact, my mother told me to come write this review because she was that impressed with it, and if you know anything about moms, that says a lot!!! It has grandma's seal of approval. I hope you'll give them a chance to present their vehicles to you.

Unfortunately, I had written a five star review, but I'll need to change that to a 1 start review. Consumers please make sure that you check your vehicles well before it leaves the lot!! Purchased a 2026 F350 and as we were getting ready to leave the dealer my wife noticed a scratch on the bumper, i told the Joe the sales person that I was going to leave the truck and not take it so that it could be fixed before the truck leaving the dealer, this was on a Friday, he assured me to take the truck that on monday morning he'd be calling me to schedule a date with the body shop to have the bumper repaired!!! Guess what monday came and not a phone call, I messaged him and he just said o sorry someone will be calling you within the hour, that NEVER happened, Tuesday came and nothing neither he messaged me that I would be expecting a call from the general manager on Wednesday and that never happened!!! MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR NEW VICHLES GOOD BEFORE IT LEAVES THE LOT IF NOT YOULL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. Thought I had found a dealer that was worth doing business with, but in reality they are the same, just wanted the sale and once that happens your on your own... Just waiting on the review request from FORD because they should know how this dealer is treating their consumers. I suppose I'll receive the same copy and paste reply message that everyone gets as a reply from the general manager!!!!

Made an appointment for a tire sensor and an oil change . 2 1/2 hours later they tell me it’s ready. They did a “full checkup” including the tires but did not notice the sensor was bad and did not change it. He claims its a part they would need to order in like I’m some kind of retard. They changed the oil and did not reset the dash display. Lazy and incompetent

Dropped my uncle's vehicle off for service due to recalls. We thought we made an appointment the week prior, called ahead to confirm. Unfortunately it didn't show up in their system but the service advisor I spoke to, Andre, was helpful and managed to get us squared away. Thanks again for the quick and courteous service.
