went and bought a 2010 prius from here near the start of the year. pretty nice condition. missing one of the plates on the rims, some stains on the inside, my plates took forever to come in, and found some trash in the pouches on the back of the front seats. other than that. were super helpful. my lights went out a couple days after getting the thing, went to them and got it fixed sort of. the lights work but are slanted off to the side which is slightly annoying (didn't charge me a cent thankfully for getting new bulbs though) but generally nice people. id recommend here but understand that you more than likely aren't going to get a perfectly nice, clean car. they are rebuilt titles. first time buying a car, im decently satisfied. could have always wished for a little more but car runs and is going strong and I really like it. hope this helps! worth a trip to at least go and see what they have. could be worth it :)
Very nice experience buying a car. I was super Happy with the price. They were quick with all the paperwork. My plates came quickly. Stopped by and they put them on for me. Made sure I got my refund because the plates ended up being less then they thought. Nice group of people over there.
AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. On October 30, 2020 I purchased a used 2017 Kia Soul that has a rebuilt title from Al Aws Car Sales. The salesman who I was communicating with and who sold me the car, Taif Ahmed, implied that the car was in perfect working order, had been rebuilt to perfection, and was a wonderful choice for me. I took it on a test drive, had it inspected by Les Schwab, and decided I wanted to purchase it. I am only 19 years old and have saved up for years to afford a nice, reliable car. That is what I thought I was purchasing. The young salesman, Taif Ahmed, didn’t say a single word to me while I was signing paperwork. I thought perhaps it was because there was a bit of a language barrier but it is clear now that he just wanted my money and for me to get out. I paid $7,000 cash for a 2017 Kia Soul that I thought was in safe, working order. On the tenth (10th) day of owning the car, it wouldn’t turn on. I had it towed to a mechanic and he couldn’t figure out the issue, so we had a master locksmith take a look (thinking perhaps it was an issue with the key) and he also couldn’t locate the issue. So, we had it taken to the West Hills Kia dealership. They immediately found that the ECU unit (the main computer) was severely dented, the fuse box wasn’t secured and was rattling around the engine cavity, the wiring harness was missing so he duct taped the wires instead, the battery in it wasn’t strapped down and wasn’t even the correct battery, and there were multiple loose wires that weren’t grounded to anything which could have shorted out and caught on fire, with me in it. My stepdad and I called him to discuss options considering this car was sold to me totally unsafe and was not in proper working order. The salesman, Taif Ahmed, basically said that since he sold it As-Is, he won’t do anything to help us and we bought it so it’s our problem. Clearly, he knew it was unsafe and sold it anyway to make a quick buck. He has since stopped replying to our text messages and won’t pick up our calls. We can’t leave any voicemails because his mailbox is full which is super convenient for him of course. I have submitted complaints to both the Attorney General’s Consumer Complaint office as well as the Better Business Bureau. He is also being investigated by the Department of Licensing for committing several sales violations. I am also suing him in Small Claims Court, for not only the $7,000 that he scammed me out of, but also for restitution since he has refused to do anything to fix this situation, which has resulted in me being left without a vehicle for 3 months now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN CAR AND A LEGAL BATTLE!!! Seriously, take my word for it.
Wow! Even during Covid they worked really hard to make things work for me and my family. Really honest, hardworking folks and very responsive. I worked with Abdul and I highly recommend him and this dealership!! I bought a prius for an incredibly competitive price and I’m really in love with it!
