The used truck market is insane right now, was having trouble finding anything close to what I considered to be reasonable. Air city motors had several nice trucks at a fair price and I was in and out of there in about an hour with my new truck.

Absolutely incredible business owner. John was 100% transparent through the whole purchasing process. The vehicle was nicely cleaned up and ready to go upon arrival. I was able to get financing within a few minutes of locking in on the vehicle. For me, the best part of the purchase was the post sales. I had an issue with the vehicle after purchase that couldn't have been noted without putting hundreds of miles on the vehicle as noted by the tech. John was super responsive throughout the process and he went above and beyond fair on taking care of me the customer on getting the issue fixed. 100% of any other dealer would not have gone over and beyond what John did to take care of the customer. John is a integral business owner and I would do business with again and again. It's no wonder his family owned business has been around for over 30 years. I bought a 2012 Gmc Acadia Denali from here and ain't had nothing but problems out of it. The first problem I reached back out to Air City Motor's and they try to say that they don't recall selling me the vehicle and I have proof that I bought it from there. Now lets get to the probkem, So I had to have the timing chain and rack and pinion done a couple weeks after I bought it from them and when the mechanic shop was fixing it they noticed that the motor that was in it wasn't the original motor it was a junk yard motor for one then I took out their gwc warranty when I bought it and the warranty is junk it was $10,000 to fix the repairs and gwc only paid $4,200 of it while I had to pay the rest out of my pocket so if anyone buys from here you might want to take the vehicle to a shop to have a full inspection done on it before buying.
