I’m currently having a bad experience with this dealer. At first everything went as smooth as butter and I like the SUV I bought but it’s been 4 months now and none of the paperwork is submitted so I can get the title and registration. At this point my phone calls are being ignored along with my messages. I’ve been told that the paperwork is almost submitted for about 4 months. The cars are decent I just don’t know why I can’t get my title for an already bought car then being ignored.

From first contact to finalizing payment and title work, I dealt with Edelyn in the office. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and a great communicator. The car is well maintained, priced very fair and is a joy to drive. Will definitely come back in the future when looking for another car!
This dealership is listed as closed now by the Texas DMV. They did not file Title and Registration for me as a buyer and I was forced to go through the bonded title process to get Registration for the car I purchased from them. They also did not notify the state of the metal plates they put on the car. As in the plates on the car were registered to were different from the buyers plate transfer paperwork. Watch out.
We were sold a car that looked like a good deal. Check engine light came on that day after leaving lot. The owner refused to accept car back. I accepted that it was just a loss. It's been 3 months now and no title. Have called multiple times, emailed, texted with no response.
