Yati was amazing from first point of contact to even after I drove off with the Truck. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado and honestly the vehicle was in perfect condition and at such a great price. I saw the vehicle on the CarGurus app and called as soon as the shop opened Yati answered the phone and all my questions. Since it was my first time using CarGurus I was a little skeptical that it was a scam because it was such a good deal. As soon as Yati heard I was skeptical he FaceTimed me on the spot and showed me the dealership and the vehicle I was interested in. After the phone call I wasn’t worried anymore and bought my flight from Georgia. The next day I arrived at 1130 and Yati was there on his day off to greet me and help me with the process. They knew I had a 13 hour drive ahead of me and I wanted to hurry up so they worked in a fast manner but still very efficiently, I signed my papers they filled up the gas and changed the key battery and I was out of there within 1 hour. After I bought the car I contacted Yati about what they used to clean the car because I wanted to get some myself since it was so good.
