I am beyond happy with this dealer. I purchased my Audi A7 from out of state. Branden and his team were very communicative throughout every step of the process and made the purchase process very easy. They even picked me up from the airport in my new car! We did all of the paperwork ahead of time. When I arrived at the dealership, I just had to initial a few forms, get my keys, take a picture with my new car (with a bow on it) and I was out the door in less than thirty minutes. Great price, friendly service, easy transaction, you can't really ask for more!
10 out of 10! This will be a long review. The family that runs the dealership was super nice super professional. I started looking at the Volkswagen Touareg I wound up getting and the owner was super up front told me hey I need to AC blower motor we're going to put that on just be aware of it I said okay no problem. Look at it take for test drive no lights no visible oil leaks everything was good she said okay can we go ahead and sign the paperwork today and he goes yeah the car be ready Monday. I picked the car up on Tuesday the 11th after they had fixed the AC blower motor and a tire for me on Wednesday the 12th I was told that I had to go out of town for business I was going to rent a car but the rental car company had no cars so I drove my new car that I had just picked up. So Thursday morning at 3:30 I left Jacksonville Florida and went up to Tennessee past Knoxville. The total drive time was 21 hours and 1 minute and the total miles was 1,190. I was honestly expecting to get some form of check engine light or something but the car I bought from them performed perfectly I would definitely recommend them!
