I recently purchased a used Duke 390 and it broke down on the ride home from the person I bought it from so I had it towed to Adventure before I ever took the bike home. This was my first time ever visiting this dealership and to be honest I didn’t even know it existed… I’m thankful it does!! I dropped the bike on a Monday night and went by Tuesday morning to discuss the issue with Jacob and I must admit I was very nervous having my first interaction with a shop with a new to me bike with an unknown problem and.l I was expecting the worse. However, Jacob called me stating the issue was only the bad battery!! Jacob and Jay could have easily taken advantage of my situation and it speaks volumes in character and integrity that they found the issue and corrected it promptly and effectively.
