Something in my motor exploded on my trip from Knoxville Tennessee to cocoa beach. I just happened to be right by the dealership. These guys got me in right away. Tried to get me back on the road. Unfortunately there was metal stuck to my crank positioning censor. However, they were awesome during my wait and accommodated any need I had. I appreciate the customer service and hospitality. Beautiful dealership with great employees.

my name is James Alexander i own 2008 HD rocker. had to take my bike to Baymeadows HD on sat 11/16/2025 because i had nail in rear tire. drop it off so mech can replace tire on monday 11/17. on monday paul the service manager called me to say the shop was short handed but they will try and get thing done today. When mech removed wheel paul called me and said i would need rear wheel bearings. said go ahead and replace bearings. then paul called and told me the drive sprocket has to be removed to replace bearings. That the pulley Bolts are a one time use item. they need to be replaced. so i said go ahead and replace them. they got my bike done at the end of the day i ride home. This review is to tell people that the people at Baymeadows HD are honest folks. Paul and the service dept are 100% honest and upfront. they Will Not tell you, That you need this and or this done to your bike.. They will Not do work on your bike and then when you get there.. Its oh by the way we did this also.. i give the people at Baymeadows HD a10**** Review. Honest.. Upfront.. No Lies... you can rest assured your bike is fixed 100% correct and true
It’s an amazing experience when you come across someone who handles a problem with grace and class. It’s even more amazing when the problem didn’t even start with them! I walked into Adamec Harley ready for a argument. I left a customer for life or as long as Eric Lundy is there! Eric is a service advisor and I’m telling you he won me over. He could have easily passed the buck and sent me to the last person I talked to, that did not resolve the problem. He could have had me wait to speak to a manager. He handled it! The way Eric handled the situation was important to me and it meant a lot.
Great staff from motor clothing to parts! Mike, operations manager, Samson in Sales, Paul in service, Greg in parts, are all professional and great people to deal with! Mechanics Sal and Chris always keep me on the road know exactly what your motorcycle needs anything from diagnostics to any performance upgrade.
