Quite disappointed in the recent service I got here. The customer service here is 0/10, and I don’t know if they even fixed my car properly. I definitely would not trust them with your car, and I would take it somewhere local that is trusted. After getting my vehicle back, I’ve noticed a sound from the front that wasn’t there before, and it sounds like they messed with the suspension, making it ready to fail. They also seem to have mechanics that seem like they don’t completely know what they’re doing, and the service department is in the same boat.
Ada Nissan was absolutely amazing! I was dressed in sweats and an old t-shirt, and I was still treated with such amazing service. They also made sure to speak with me instead of immediately speaking to my husband. They were also very kind to my little boy and it really made my day. They let me know about prices, and allowed me to test drive a couple cars before I picked my Nissan Sentra. Jarrod was the absolute best, if you are getting a car, go to Jarrod.
