He was easy to talk to and didn't make up feel rushed or pressured to pick something right then and there. When I choose the one I wanted, he then helped me set up my sound system and bluetooth (which was very helpful coming from a 16 year old car). He also went through all the buttons and settings and showed me what everything was! AND even put a big red bow on for me!!! which was very sweet! 10/10 experience!!!
