My experience with Acura of Valley Stream was phenomenal. I worked with Ahmed and Blake who were both extremely professional understood my needs and what I was looking for. I had a really difficult financial situation with a car I was currently leasing however Ahmed and Blake made it happen got me out of that car and into the exact car I wanted. I didn’t think it was possible but Ahmed assured me the entire time that they would make it work and they did. They were both detail oriented, honest, never pushy and completely transparent! Just picked up my 2024 Acura Integra yesterday from Acura of Valley Stream. I drove from out of town because they had the best deal (price, mileage and condition) that I saw anywhere within a 200 mile radius for the Integra. Then I got there and met Seyna (my sales associate) and realised they also had the best customer service experience I had through out all my test drives over the last month to find that car. She was very responsive, very knowledgeable of all the paperwork/procedures and worked with me on getting a great deal! I had my own financing through my credit union and they took a while to fedex the check but everyone at Acura of Valley Stream were very patient and understanding and even held the car for me until they got it. At one point the manager Diego, another associate Anthony and Seyna were all working over time in a crunch with only 15 minutes to get some documents my bank had requested before they closed. They got it out on time! The car is awesome and clearly was well taken care of by them as it was one of their loaner with only 2,800 miles. Overall I had an amazing experience working with Seyna and Acura of Valley Stream and would highly recommend them.

Literally these two made this process less stressful and so easy to choose and figure out what car I wanted .
