Horrible place to buy and/or service your car!!!! DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR OR GET SERVICE. My husband and I bought a BRAND NEW 2022 Acura MDX in June of 2022. The Apple CarPlay has NEVER worked. Completely turns off dropping calls/GPS every single time! You have to turn the car completely off to get it to reconnect. This happens EVERYTIME the car is used. First they told us that Apple CarPlay doesn’t work well on Hondas and Acura’s! What kind of answer is that?!? Our response was it works perfectly fine in our Honda odyssey EVERYTIME. We have brought the MDX there multiple times in the past 3.5 years and they have never fixed the issue and just say the cables aren’t failing. DO yourself a favor and DON’T GET SCREWED OVER BY THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
Shout out to the entire Acura Of Limerick, Service team for a suburb service experience from start to finish. There was no hiccup and trust me. My MDX had a long laundry list and aid took care of it one by one that’s From the time that I drop off my vehicle and to pick it up, even getting my cub rash taken care of doing that three year maintenance that most people don’t like, but in my opinion, it was all worth it and that’s one of the reason why I would always be loyal to the acro band in the level of service that you’ve guys have given me for the past 15 years this is my second car. I’ve taken my car for service elsewhere, which I’m not going to name no names. They have dropped the ball many many times and Acura Limerick team always to pass my expectation so big shout out to my new guy Sean and a service manager will thank you buddy that was a very good pic bringing these guys over As part of the Acura family take care guys keep up the good work keep up the momentum and have a great year guys. I called and spoke with Will. I needed to either update to 5G or add remote start. I also needed a bunch of services done to my RDX. I was a bit behind on some fluid changes. He was incredibly nice, helpful and called back shortly after to give me prices. I agreed to everything. They picked my car up the next day, promised to have it back to me by 5 and they had to back to me by 3:30pm!!!!! Everything works perfectly. I am so happy to be treated so well and I didn't even buy my RDX from them. I relocated to the area from Louisiana. Which is why I needed remote start. Whew. ;) The tech that brought my car back was super friendly as well. High recommended!!! Thanks Y'all!!!
