If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!! 100/100 definitely would recommend this place to any and every one!! Everyone in the building made me feel so at home and like I was part of their family, they also kept reassuring my doubt due to being done horrible at car mart they would not dare put me in a vehicle that wasn’t safe, reliable or dependable, if they didn’t feel like they could put their child or family members in one of their vehicles they absolutely would not put me in one. Everything was super easy and simple as well!! I bought a car from action auto in Florence Alabama. The staff were very pleasant and nice. I did notice after I took the car home that evening, that the front bumper had some missing clips on it. Called and spoke with Ashley at service department and she got me in a few days to get it fixed. Very pleasant experience with all.
I would definitely buy my next car from Action Auto. They have the nicest employees. They make you feel right at home when you go visit. This has been one of the worst experiences with a car-lot I have ever had. Do NOT BUY FROM THE OXFORD MS LOCATION. I was basically sold a lemon. I purchased the vehicle in July and had to put it in the shop twice within the first week causing me to lose a good job. Four months later the motor goes out mind you I haven’t had the vehicle a year yet and now I’m getting the run around on repairs and In the process am about to lose a second job. I have never missed a payment and have had nothing but problems and the receptionist has a nasty attitude as well. I made a huge mistake coming here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase here. Update years after returning their vehicle and not missing one payment I receive a letter saying I owe $8000 for a car I owned 5 months and could only drive 1. I will make sure I take them to court regarding this matter do NOT waste your hard earned money dealing with these scammers.
