Purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Van for $11,000 in June. They cleaned up with the outside and interior to make it seem in better shape, but the undercarriage was held together with what seems to be heat shield. Upon removing that, I found the entire underbody was rusted out. Even if I felt safe to drive it personally, it is no longer road legal. I suggest anyone purchasing through this dealership does an extreme amount of due diligence, they will take advantage of people in tight spots if they get the chance.
Bought a 2015 dodge charger back in December 2024. Within a few days I had a check engine light on. It was within warranty so they fixed the issue. Not too long after all hell happened. Starting from rusted out spark plugs, to a broken thermostat, cracked radiator, oil leaking out of the engine and thousands of dollars down the drain in getting stuff repaired and issues are still happening. They refuse to fix any of this bc I was outside the warranty by a few days. No matter within 3 months or 3000 miles should any of this happen. the car has been totaled in my backyard for months not moving cuz it’s not even worth the fix and now I’m left with an outstanding loan and no car to show for all the money I spent due to the neglect to actually sell a car that works. DO NOT PURCHASE. Have told multiple friends and family and people to go elsewhere for their car needs. Business needs to shut down. They have yet to contact me back about anything. Everything they do for business should be illegal
Bought a 2010 Tundra that had been cleaned up to look good on the outside and interior but the under belly was held together with under coating. Truck is now totaled due to the amount of parts required to make it safe! Needs a new frame, new brake system, steering and suspension components. Lipstick on a pig… the vehicle should never have been sold! Didn’t even get 2 years out of $15,000 spent on the truck.
My mom purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento on July 24th. Within 2 weeks the car wouldn't start. She gave them a chance to fix the car. Which she wanted her money back. We're located in North Jersey. They wouldn't cover the tow. I got the vehicle towed 100 miles and they had the car for almost 2 weeks. After getting the car back had another problem shortly after that. She took it to her local mechanic due to I couldn't keep getting it towed to South Jersey. My mom calling out of work was starting to stress her out. My mom never misses work. Here we are November 18th just a few days pass the 90 day lemon law and out of the 30 day warranty. Saturday, November 15th the engine blew. Right now my mom has no car because the truck will not move. There has to be something that can be done about this. No way 3 and a half months later she should be paying for an engine. Quoted $4,200 add to the previous tow and previous work, plus missed days of work. Almost paying for the car again. This is truly sad!
